In 2009, Experience the Fraser began as a government-funded initiative. Today, almost half of the Canyon to Coast Trail is complete. Our communities are expanding the Trail and its connected blueways to open new experiences along the Lower Fraser River Corridor.

Touchpoints along the Trail will share stories from life on the Lower Fraser, welcoming trail users to deepen their understanding as they experience the Fraser along municipal, regional and provincial trails.

When it is completed, it will connect 16 municipalities and many First Nations communities from the Hope to the Salish Sea.
